help with disconnect issues

Ok...like others I have had some issues in the past with game disconnects after a patch. Here is what I downloaded and since then there has been no problems.

C++ Runtime download. (I think this is the latest version)

C++ Runtime is for visual applications that have been developed with the C++ runtime format.



also download the latest direct X files. Its a file used for video/grafix cards on PC's always make sure this is up to date or new/updated games in the future may not run for you.

this solved my problems, but keep in mind im running windows 7. If your on a different operating system i cant guarantee that it will do the same for you.

thanks i running windows xp home version them items scan my system and install what i needed for it anyways

i found that AO will install a older outdated C++ Visual basic 2005 insecure version then C++ Visual basic 2008 version

there is a newer one coming out C++ Visual Basic 2010 coming soon, but i think its for the newer system, have to see what may come of it.
